Scrum Master / Project Lead (Local to IL)

IT Project Lead is responsible for managing projects using SDLC methods in a fast-paced environment, facilitating and managing multiple projects, and mentoring team members. The role also involves identifying new opportunities for process improvements and working with other IT Project Managers to implement and follow approved changes.

Requirements

• Support the Product Managers and Technical Delivery Leads in managing business expectations for project deliverables, managing communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
• Promote team work at all times and set a good personal example of attitude and performance
• Identify, track, communicate, manage and resolve project issues
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risk and roadblocks
• Manage project budget and financials
• Provide upward communication on project scope, schedule, budgets
• Proactively manage scope to ensure what was agreed upon in the Project Initiation document is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
• Manage the overall project plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary
