Business Analyst, Global Sourcing

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support our sourcing teams and contract manufacturing partners in the sourcing of direct supply chain components and parts. This role will report to one of our Sourcing Group Managers and will be a member of our Sourcing Organization supporting the development, implementation and management of strategies that provide Sonos with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel and ideally PLM systems
• Technically inquisitive - must be able to take on new technical challenges and learn new technical skills on-the-fly and apply the knowledge to solve the issue at hand
• Detailed-oriented, with genuine curiosity about “how and why”
• Strong sense of ownership and excellent time management
• Well-developed reporting and communication skills, including the ability to explain and summarize complicated issues
