Technical Program Manager, Software Delivery & Operations

Technical Program Manager for Software Delivery & Operations at Sonos, responsible for driving initiatives to improve developer experience, software quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or leading technical programs in software engineering or platform-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of modern software development practices such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, along with common tools such as GitHub, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, AWS, and Jira.
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on developer tooling, systems, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to initiatives that improve engineering velocity, quality, or operational reliability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment.
