Lead Producer

PlayStation is looking for an experienced Lead Producer to join their Haven Studios project team. The successful candidate will lead Producers from multi-disciplinary teams and deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Experience in similar management positions
• Deep understanding of development methodologies, best practices, production life cycle, tools and processes
• Ability to prioritize and manage complex operational issues
• Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, grow, guide, empower and motivate a highly functioning production team
