Principal, Development Strategy and Support Manager

PlayStation is looking for a Principal Manager to join their Development Strategy team. The role involves conducting title reviews, driving review preparations, and fostering relationships with development teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in game production
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and industry best practices
• Ability to review and analyze development stage deliverables
• Well organized and analytical, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute simultaneously across multiple projects
• Familiarity working with global teams across different time zones
• Experience with tools for user research, playtesting, and metrics analysis
