As the Senior CRM Manager, you will look after a team who are responsible for working closely with our labels at SMEUK to help deliver best-in-class, creative & innovative CRM campaigns for our artists with the aim of engaging artist current fanbases & acquisition of new fans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in Music, Entertainment or Media.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake or similar technologies
- Knowledgeable in CSS, JavaScript, HTML & Email Marketing
- Experience with third party tools (or similar) such as Movable Ink, Wyng and The Appreciation Engine is desirable.
- Experience with e-commerce stores such as Shopify.
- Knowledge of Data Protection legislation and data management.
- Use of project management tools such as Asana.
- Strong Project management skills, with the ability to manage a team to deliver projects on time.
- A detail-orientated, excellent communicator, and enthusiastic collaborator that works well with team members.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once and work to deadlines
- Passion for music and helping artists to connect with and build new fanbases
