Character Designer

The Character Designer will work with the creative lead to explore the look, feel, and personality of a character, creating multiple iterations and collaborating with the Art Director to resolve design issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience on an animated feature film, tv series, or game
• Ability to articulate creative ideas
• Excellent draftsmanship
• Skilled in character pose, facial expressions and character turnarounds
• Outstanding research skills and an understanding of costume design
• Knowledge of anatomy and volumetric drawing
• Photoshop knowledge required
