Requirements

• Maintain organized project documentation for assigned productions
• Manage clearance tracking in ShotGrid
• Review incoming clearance requests
• Assist in preparing script clearance reports
• Draft permission request letters
• Track and follow up on clearance requests
• Partner with internal teams
• Support the distribution of advertising and promotional restriction memos
• Perform general administrative duties
