Production Coordinator, Intermediate

We are seeking an Intermediate Production Coordinator to join our team in our Vancouver location. The role supports APM(s)/DPM(s)/Producer(s) by coordinating a team of artists on a show in one, possibly two departments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year as a Production Coordinator in VFX Feature Film, CG animation Feature Film, or Game production
• Solid understanding of the frontend/backend workflow for digital production, specific to Assets, Layout, Animation, CFX, FX, &/or Lighting/Comp teams
• Solid understanding of production VFX and CG or Game scheduling
• Solid understanding of Shotgrid
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and the driver for your team
• Problem solving and strategic planning
• Composure under challenging deadlines
