AI Manager Bundesverwaltung (m/w/d)

We are a leading European management and technology consulting company seeking an AI Manager to develop and coordinate AI solutions for complex customer requirements in the federal administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, project management, and leadership, as well as comprehensive knowledge of AI and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience in business development and proven acquisition success
• Several years of experience in leading and steering IT projects, especially AI projects, according to the waterfall and agile methodology
• Several years of experience in the federal administration, preferably with relevant networking
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI and ideally GenAI; practical AI development experience is desirable
• Economic thinking and acting, high customer orientation, willingness to engage and initiative
• Experience in analysis, documentation, and coordination of requirements and customer needs
• Experience in corporate consulting or IT service provision
• Outstanding team player skills, diplomatic skills, and high persuasion skills
