Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the financial sector to manage existing services, incorporate new services, and provide support to all areas of Personal Finance. The main candidate will analyze, document, and optimize business processes, acting as a link between operational areas and business areas and IT development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in projects from the financial sector
- Knowledge of central banking platforms or financial ERP/CRM systems
- Customer orientation and solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand, explain, and support the evolution of solutions
- Ability to inspire others and generate commitment
- Collaborate in the resolution of incidents
- English (high level written and oral)
- Optionally, French B1 or higher
