We are seeking a Business Developer to drive commercial development in West and Central Africa, specifically focused on new business activities.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in selling complex software solutions (preferably core banking or financial solutions)
- Excellent knowledge of West and Central African banking markets
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new accounts (chasing)
- Ability to conceive targeted market penetration strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
