Requirements
- Graduate of a business school, university, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in transformation
- First experience in transformation and change management
- Relational skills
- Proactivity and ability to surprise the team
- Ability to lead, accompany, inspire, and grow consultants
