As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will join the Conseil Lyon practice to accompany the digital transformation of clients, supporting business departments in implementing transformation projects and programs. You will define and structure organization, build change/communication strategies, and lead workshops with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bac +5 degree from an Engineering, Business, or equivalent university
• 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, particularly in change management and project leadership
• Participation in projects with strategic, organizational, and transformation dimensions
• Digital culture and personal enthusiasm for innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
