The ideal candidate is a graduate of an engineering or business school who wants to learn and grow in a dynamic team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering or business school
• Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic team
• Conduct in-depth analyses of existing organizational structures, processes, operational governance, and management systems
• Evaluate the relevance and efficiency of current operational models
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM) taking into account strategic objectives, management dynamics, operational teams, and sector best practices
• Accompany the transition to operational teams
