Sopra Steria is seeking a Strategy and Innovation Consultant to join their team in Ile-De-France. The successful candidate will accompany strategic directions, innovation, payments, and transformation of large banking groups. The role involves providing strategic and visionary advice, innovation and design of new services, and framing and structuring transformations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or fintech on Payment/Monétique/Open Banking topics
• Solid understanding of the Payment value chain (actors, flows, roles, regulatory constraints)
• Ability to produce structured analyses, business cases, and strategic notes
• Ease in mapping: customer journeys, processes, ecosystems, operational models
• Mastery of consulting methods: framing, impact analysis, transformation governance
• Intellectual leadership, curiosity, sense of challenge
• Excellent writing skills, ability to convince Comex/Directors
• Analytical spirit, advisory posture, autonomy
