Job Description
HE Space is a successful international space company hiring a HR Support Officer to provide staff administration services and ESA payroll for 6 months. The role involves contract and position administration, payroll inputs, and time and leave management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, Applied Economics, or a combination thereof
- Strong payroll background with in-depth exposure to payroll operations, preferably in an international context
- Very good knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly for Employee Central and Recruiting modules
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage
