Java Lead Developer (m/w/d)

As Java Lead Developer, you will take on a central role in the technical implementation of complex customer projects in the public sector. You combine excellent technical expertise with a well-developed advisory mindset and convince at the interface between technology and customer. You accompany our customers in a solution-oriented way, speak their language, and at the same time set technical impulses in the team.

Requirements

• Leadership and coaching of development teams
• Development of Java-based software projects
• Advisory services for customers in software architectures
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods
• Ensuring quality and security standards
• Responsible for architecture decisions
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Completed training as an IT specialist
• Several years of experience in Java development
• Good to very good knowledge in the frontend area
• Comprehensive experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications
• Experience with cloud platforms
