Sopra Steria seeks a Technical Lead for their Master Data Management (MDM) solution, requiring expertise in Semarchy xDM, Informatica MDM, and Talend MDM. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in MDM, leadership skills, and a strong command of MDM architecture, matching frameworks, and survivorship models.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end MDM solution design
- Define enterprise-wide matching strategies
- Establish standards for duplicate management
- Lead configuration of complex business rules
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
