Requirements

• Lead a Sopra Steria team (5-10 people) responsible for the realization of result-oriented services within our transformation projects for our clients' information systems (software development / system integration / application maintenance)
• Guarantee the execution of our commitments vis-à-vis the client (delivery, costs, deadlines, quality)
• Develop and maintain a relationship with your client contacts and develop a relationship of trust
• Animate, plan, and prioritize the tasks of your team, and you follow their progress and ensure the respect of processes to ensure the quality of different deliverables, independently
• Ensure the financial and economic follow-up of your projects (turnover, profitability, productivity)
• Ensure reporting to your clients and to Sopra Steria management
