Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a university program specializing in computer science, telecommunications, or civil aviation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering complex systems, with a dominant software orientation
• Significant experience in functional supervision and team management
• Good knowledge of V/UHF and IP radios, network issues, security, and VoIP/ToIP
• Mastery of activity reporting (progress, indicators, metrics, alerts)
