Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in business administration, economics, psychology, sociology, or a comparable course of study.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting projects with a focus on personnel and organizational development or HR transformation.
• Relevant experience in project management (classical and agile).
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing (at least C1 level).
