Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in development and implementation in ServiceNow
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript and good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS
- Experience of working with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps
- Ability to lead technical discussions and workshops with customers
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
