Job Description
SmartRecruiters Senior Functional Analyst is a role that requires strong experience working with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and administration, good understanding of recruitment processes and ATS systems, and ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and administration
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and ATS systems
- Experience in requirement gathering and gap analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Knowledge of system integrations and workflows is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret product releases and feature updates
- 6-8 years of experience in HR technology or recruitment systems
- Experience with SaaS-based platforms
- Prior experience in implementation or consulting roles
