Job Description
Test Engineer - Avionic Software Integration Test job at CS GROUP, located in Manching, Germany. Responsible for ensuring customer requirements for Eurofighter avionics are correctly implemented, and for two mission computers in the Eurofighter. Early detection of errors and support for system and software developers required.
Requirements
- Electrical engineering or Computer Science or Engineering, minimum Master's/Diploma degree
- IT / Information systems, at least 3 years professional experience
- Experience in avionics integration is required
- MS-Office, at least detailed specialist knowledge
- Experience in software development for embedded, safety-critical systems – ideally in relation to DO178, V-Modell, EASA Part 21J / ZDv – is required
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Enjoyment in familiarising yourself with complex technical issues, critically questioning them, and contributing to problem solving
- Ability to coordinate small, cross-functional, and international project teams
- An independent and conscientious approach to work
- Openness to the application of agile development methods
- Strong creativity and enjoyment in designing suitable flight scenarios for testing
