We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive – Internal Campaigns to work on Sopro's internal campaigns, promoting its services to B2B clients worldwide, and to contribute to the well-managed, efficient, and productive internal campaign delivery process.
Requirements
- Planning and scheduling of day-to-day delivery for Internal multichannel prospecting campaigns using internal business systems.
- Planning and scheduling of day-to-day multichannel outreach campaign activities using internal business systems.
- Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
- Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.
- Continuously work on campaign optimization by reviewing the real time performance by segment and channel and by adjusting targeting, tech config/and or messaging copy, to improve the success rate, create strategies to achieve client success.
- Work with the Operations Manager on constantly optimizing the performance of the internal campaigns to hit monthly and annual targets.
