Job Description
The CaptionCall RMA Technician is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of returned CaptionCall phones, including receiving, testing, and evaluating returned devices to determine whether they can be refurbished for reuse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, quality-controlled environment
