We are seeking Interpreters to provide Sign-to-Voice and Voice-to-Sign interpreting services for our Video Relay Service. As a Sign Language Interpreter, you will be responsible for effectively interpreting between American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English.
Requirements
- Ability to pass our required skills assessment
- High school diploma or GED
- Interpreter certification
- 3 years’ experience working as an interpreter (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools and to handle other computer components
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, highly regulated and customer service focused environment
