Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

Join the Renewable Assets & Business Development department as a Shift Supervisor. You will be responsible for the production of electricity, biomass used, and material consumption during your shift. You will work in a team to manage the power plant, including start-ups and shutdowns, and ensure safety and environmental parameters are met.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include supervising and performing maneuvers on the plant, analyzing faults, preparing data sheets, and coordinating activities of operators. You will also collaborate with other teams, including Operations, Maintenance, and HSE.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, a 1st degree driving license, and knowledge of plant machinery and procedures. You should be available to work alternating shifts and have excellent relational skills, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• 1st degree driving license for steam generators
• High school diploma or 3-year degree in technical subjects
• Excellent familiarity with computer tools
• Excellent relational skills
