Job Description
We are seeking an Automotive Brand Manager for our luxurious car showrooms with experience in Automotive Dealerships and B2B/B2C car sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic vision for business development.
Requirements
- Experience and Knowledge in Automotive Dealerships
- Previous Hand on B2B Sales / B2C Car Sales
- Strong leadership skills and team building experience
- Positive, Collaborative Team Player with good interpersonal relationships
- People & Time Management Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Good comprehensive literacy and numeracy skills
- University Graduate or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in Automotive
- Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Technology expertise
- Previous CDK Hands-on experience
- Computer Skills (MS Office Excel, Word)
- Understanding and working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)
- Valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
- Age: 35-48
