SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic for Boutiqaat. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing social media campaigns across all platforms while ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand voice.

Requirements

• Develop and implement an effective social media marketing strategy aligned with Boutiqaat's business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
• Research and stay up to date on social media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Set clear social media goals, KPIs, and metrics for each social media campaign to measure its effectiveness, regularly assessing performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing, sales, and content initiatives.
• Lead content creation and curate compelling posts for various social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
• Manage content calendar to ensure timely posts, events, promotions, and product launches.
• Build and nurture a highly engaged online community by proactively interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing customer inquiries across all social media platforms.
• Analyze social media performance using analytical tools to track the success of social media campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of strategies, engagement rates, traffic sources, areas for improvement and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all social media channels.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to develop branded campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
