Job Description
Responsible for analyzing performance, developing strategies, and implementing policies to achieve objectives and operational improvements in a BPO/Call Center environment.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience leading sales campaigns in BPO/Call Center environments
- Management of teams of over 50 people
- Strong knowledge of sales key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in planning and executing commercial strategies
- Availability to work on-site
- Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish)
