Requirements

• Several years of experience in the DACH SaaS market
• Proven success in closing strategic B2B deals and complex sales cycles
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership personality
• Master of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching
• Hunter mentality with an unrelenting drive to identify new opportunities
• Agile and adaptable with ability to navigate changing priorities
• Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tools
• Confident communication in German and English
