Job Description
SoSafe is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead program delivery for Base Platform, embedding into the team and driving clarity to its complexity. The role involves partnering with Product Management, Engineering Manager, and their Tech Leads to sequence work, surface risks early, and ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- Run complex, cross-functional technical programs and lead technical decisions
- Bring structure to ambiguity without over-engineering it
- Communicate directly and clearly, with experience in modern engineering toolchains
- Have experience in identity systems, API platforms, or developer experience
- Experience inside a SaaS company through a phase of platform consolidation or modernization
