We are seeking a talented Associate Director of Paid Search (SEM) or a strong Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and client management skills, a firm grasp on marketing fundamentals, prior team management experience, a proven track record of success with relationship building, and be an expert in paid search marketing with working knowledge of paid social and other media.
Requirements
- Assist with proposal development for new and existing clients
- Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities and tasks to a team of 2-3 strategists and associates and maintain high standards for quality work
- Ensure that the “Sosemo Approach” is followed by the team
- Function as a strategic expert on the team to help guide both clients and the client services team
- Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner leveraging status reports, hours tracking and project management software
- Manage clients and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations
- Conduct inventory assessments and development budget allocation recommendations
- Structure and setup campaigns
- Paid search campaign management
- Develop and optimize ads
- Participate in PRC reviews for pharmaceutical clients
- Manage paid media campaigns
- Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
- Research and keep up on industry trends
- Assist with strategy development and team management
- Develop new marketing services and refine processes
