SOTI is seeking a Manager, Partner Success to lead a team of 12-15 Partner Success Managers and drive sales quota through the existing reseller ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer/partner-facing role
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- In-depth knowledge of SAAS products, services, and industry trends
