SOTI is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the paid media and digital acquisition strategy, grow our online marketing footprint, and drive high quality leads for the business globally. The ideal candidate will be analytical, numbers-focused, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage and coach a small team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing with demonstrable results in driving leads and revenue, ideally in a B2B environment in the technology sector
- 7 plus years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a people management role leading digital or performance marketing teams
- Advanced experience setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads or other major search platforms
- Solid understanding and practical experience with retargeting, custom audiences and personalization, including the back end setup of tags, pixels and cookies
- Demonstrated experience driving conversions through digital marketing campaigns, especially SEM, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and ROI
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot or HubSpot to track, manage and report on leads from digital campaigns
- Average to advanced skills in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within marketing as well as cross functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations and Regional teams
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications and other relevant platform certifications
