Job Description

The company is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help evolve how its brand shows up across social and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, video and YouTube.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating visual-first social content for brand or business accounts (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using ClickUp or similar tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive and adaptable, with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning, experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through — you get stuff done.
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Team player comfortable working in a hybrid model (Mississauga HQ and remote).
