Requirements
- Manage large, distributed engineering teams
- Oversee the complete systems development life cycle for a product or multiple complex modules
- Actively work with senior management and product managers in driving product strategy
- Lead organizational initiatives and coordinate large customer onboardings
- Take a holistic approach to product management, considering not only traditional delivery methods but also the broader impact and integration opportunities with other products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical concepts
- Good exposure to product strategy
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to change and adjust solutions strategically to remain fluid, agile and impactful
- Good knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies
