Requirements
- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience in private equity, alternative investments, financial services, or comparable high-specialization search environments
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to senior-level searches (VP–Partner)
- Strong knowledge of private equity org structures, investment career paths, and deal workflows
- Exceptional communication skills translating as confident, polished, credible with senior investment professionals
- Ability to manage multiple high-demand searches simultaneously with precision and organization
- High EQ, professionalism, and a relationship-first mindset
