Practice Manager

Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Manager to work on-site at one of their practices in Henderson, NC. The Practice Manager will be responsible for operational management and support of the practice, acting as the main point of contact with the hospital, and building and maintaining professional relationships with the practice team and hospital stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or similar related field of study
• 3-5 years' experience working in healthcare operations
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations
• Basic understanding of financial and budgeting processes/principles
• Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge
