Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field; Six years of experience in a maintenance or transportation environment, preferably involved in a rail or a transit related environment; Four years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience

10 years experience in Washington transactional real estate, Juris Doctorate Degree, active membership in good standing of the Washington State Bar

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Contract Management, or closely related field and four years of experience in public contracting and procurement services

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or closely related field; 5 years of rail maintenance experience with administrative and supervisory responsibility; valid state driver's license

Current college student, relevant degree program, strong communication skills, flexibility, and interest in project planning and transportation policies
