The Deputy Executive Project Director directs a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering all phases of a project or portions of a project. They oversee budget and schedule control, cost and cashflow forecasting, and manage interfaces between contractors and developing work around plans to maintain schedule. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Systems Engineering or closely related fields, and 10 years of experience in managing planning, design and/or construction of large, complex public transit projects.
