We are looking for a Sales Manager who has an eye for developments in the market, with 10+ years of leadership and sales experience, and a completed HBO education. The Sales Manager will lead a team of 2 Account Managers, 3 office staff, and 2 agents, and be responsible for finding new products, developing new services, and using new channels.

- Developing and implementing a Development, Retention and Acquisition plan with associated costs and revenues
- Proactive attitude for generating leads, qualifying and converting leads
- Adjust and optimize the above point based on developments and results
- Foreman in contracting assignments
- Responsible for fitting the assignments within the internal procedures
- Active forecasting
