As a Sales Manager, you will lead and support the Sales team to drive sales growth with existing accounts and nurture new customers. You will work with suppliers to deliver KPIs and increase share of wallet with customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Maintain and develop business with existing customers in the country
- Identify and visit potential new customers for new business
- Lead and develop the external sales team to build customer relationships and increase sales
- Sales promotion campaigns management and execution
- Generate demand for ADI Global Distribution products through installers/distributors trainings
- Attend trade shows, seminars, events
- Provide support to customers to meet the company KPIs
- Maintain the awareness of new innovations in the market through technical training on a regular basis and attending product seminars
- Fully engage with all periodic sales campaigns and strategies, including the use of CRM-system etc.
