We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professionals 100s of hospitals across the United States.
Requirements
- Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.
