Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Law Clerk to assist our attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, including document preparation, title searches, and client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a law clerk, preferably with a focus on real estate law
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, including title searches, property transactions, and relevant legal documents
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal research tools and databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
