Job Description
The Senior Project Manager/Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the eReferral future state initiatives, including management of issues, risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment of the projects. The role involves managing all aspects of PCCG project to ensure delivery of project is on time, in scope and within budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with agile project management methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts in managing electronic health-related projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- 7+ years of experience with vendor management; ability to balance competing priorities to maintain good vendor relationships while hold them accountable to project deliverables
- 7+ years of experience, ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience managing integration projects leveraging HL7 (Health Level Seven) and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
- Public Sector experience
