Job Description
Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
- Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Experience with UX/UI to conduct service-design, UX/UI design
- Experience with FIgma, Canvas and similar tools
- Public Sector experience
