Data Science / Business Intelligence Lead, Japan

Source Edge is a technology recruitment and career consulting company based in Tokyo. We are partnering with a computer vision technology company to find a Data Science / Business Intelligence Lead to drive business outcomes and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• University-level education with a degree in mathematics, economics, business or data science
• Experience working as an analyst or data scientist
• Proven experience in data modelling, analysis and visualisation
• Proficient with scripting languages, e.g. Python and SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience using data to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable dealing with Japanese customers
• Fluent in English and Japanese
